Building a Portugal
worth belonging to
“Portugal isn’t just the country where I live. It’s a place I’m helping to build – for those who have come here, and for those who were born here.”

Four notes I keep returning to
I didn’t write these principles down - I discovered them. In the way I make decisions, who I choose to work with, and which projects I turn down. These aren’t rules. They’re what’s left once everything superfluous has been stripped away.
Slowness
I build things without putting on airs. Without making promises I can’t keep. Without using fancy words instead of taking action. The piano taught me that: a sound is either genuine or it isn’t – and you can tell instantly. It’s the same in business. What lasts, lasts, because it’s honest.
Iridescence
I am an entrepreneur and a pianist. A mother and a producer. A strategist and someone who spends a long time gazing at the water. I stopped trying to choose between these roles a long time ago – they don’t contradict one another; they reinforce each other. My best business decisions come from music. My most precise notes come from my work.
Place
Portugal has changed the way I think. Not metaphorically – literally. Here, there is a different rhythm, a different light, different priorities. I chose this country – and it responded in kind. Everything I build stems from my knowledge of this place: its people, its bureaucracy, its beauty and its contradictions. Local depth is a competitive advantage.
Resonance
An idea only becomes real when it finds an answer in someone else. I listen for that answer – in a partner, in a room, in a first conversation. Agreement is easy and tells me nothing. Resonance is different: something comes back, changed. I work with the people I can hear, and I let the rest pass by quietly.

Projects rooted in tiled light
‘I don’t do what looks good. I create what works – and keeps working long after I’m gone.’

A place where music calls the shots
Creativity
I often spend time at the piano. It’s the only time when there’s no agenda, no outcome, no audience. In those moments, there’s nothing but the harmony of life. And the keys keep everything else in tune.
Concerts
We organise intimate concerts at All Portugal Space, where there is no distance between the artist and the audience. A small venue, live sound, and no screens between you and the stage.
Concerts in Lisbon →Albums
The project was launched in October 2025. We use AI technology to develop musical ideas, and when combined with human creativity, the results are impressive.
“The piano taught me something that no business course ever did.”
An atlas of slow returns
I travel to the same handful of places repeatedly. Each return is a new stratum - a deeper reading of light, language, and weather.
Açores
Atlantic moss - where the ocean reminds you that land is a privilege, not a given.
Alentejo
Cork forests at dawn, slow wine, ochre earth - Portugal at its most unhurried and most itself.
The Douro River
Terraced vineyards carved into stone, a valley that moves at the pace of the water cutting through it.
Mafra
Baroque ambition in a small town - a palace that asks you to reconsider what scale means.
Madeira
Wooden balconies, sulfur springs and song - an island that feels like a country entirely its own.
Algarve
Limestone cliffs, light that shifts by the hour - pigments older than any palette I own.

Let me know when the time comes
I reply to emails about visions of the future, partnerships and investments, and joint projects. And to emails about music, coastlines, and the light in the places you return to.
